Dr. Stephens

I grew up in Central Montana. I did my undergraduate work at Macalaster College where I received a BA in Biology. I then attended Northwestern Health Sciences University Where I graduated with a Doctor of Chiropractic degree. While at Northwestern I also did specialty work working with athletes and sports injuries. I am currently a member of the International Chiropractic Association (ICA) Council on Wellness Sciences and soon I will complete the necessary education to become certified as a Certified Chiropractic Wellness Practitioner (CCWP). My education in wellness has given me the tools to be able to empower my patients through a holistic, comprehensive approach to achieve greater health, happiness and vitality. I have been practicing with IHS since 2004, and have been a partner since 2005.

IHS Skyway is conveniently located on the skyway level of the LaSalle Plaza in downtown Minneapolis.

 From the East: Take 94 West to the 11 th Street Exit. Follow 11 th street to LaSalle Avenue. On LaSalle turn right. Follow LaSalle Ave to 9 th St. and turn left. The LaSalle Plaza Parking ramp is halfway up the block on the right side just after the YMCA.

From the West: East on Hwy 394 to Downtown area. Follow the Hennepin / Dunwoody Exit. This will place you directly onto Hennepin. Follow Hennepin to 10 th street and turn right. Go one block on 10 th to LaSalle Avenue and turn left. Go one block on LaSalle Avenue to 9 th Street and turn left. The LaSalle Plaza Parking ramp is halfway up the block on the right side just after the YMCA.

From the South: 35W North to Downtown Exits. Take the 5 th Avenue exit. Go one block to 9 th Street and turn left. Go down 6 blocks. The LaSalle Plaza Parking ramp is halfway down the block (after the 9 th Street intersection) on the right side just after the YMCA.

From the North: 694 to 94 East to Downtown. As you approach downtown follow the Hennepin / Lyndale exit. At the end of the exit at the lights turn left. This will place you directly on Hennepin. Follow Hennepin to 10 th street and turn right. Go one block on 10 th to LaSalle Avenue and turn left. Go one block on LaSalle Avenue to 9 th Street and turn left. The LaSalle Plaza Parking ramp is halfway up the block on the right side just after the YMCA.

From the Northeast: Take 35W South. Exit on 11 th / 94W. Follow 94W to the 11 th Street exit. Follow 11 th Street to LaSalle Avenue and turn right. Follow LaSalle Avenue to 9 th Street and turn left. The LaSalle Plaza Parking ramp is halfway up the block on the right side, just after the YMCA.

From the Airport: Take the Bloomington / 494 West exit. Follow 494 West to 35W North. (See directions from South)
